We process your data based on your explicit consent and for the provision of health or social care treatment.

Confidentiality & Disclosure

Your information is 100% confidential. We will not share your data with third parties unless:

  • We have your written consent.
  • There is a legal obligation under Ugandan law.
  • There is an immediate threat of harm to yourself or others (Duty to Warn).

Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to secure your data against unauthorized access, as required by the Personal Data Protection Office (PDPO) Uganda.
